Gilmanton 145.430 (131.8)

WE9COM repeater in Gilmanton (Buffalo County) is located on one of the highest locations in West Central Wisconsin at 170 feet on a leased tower.  It is an extremely quiet RF area, so there is little competing noise for the receiver.

 
WeComm used a Sinclair antenna at this site.

A Tait TB8100 repeater is used for this system.  The Tait provides the ability to monitor all functions remotely.

WeComm totally upgraded the site, including the addition of a new grounding system, a new equipment shelter and fencing to keep the cattle away!

This site provides essential coverage into not only the Chippewa River Valley, but many critical parts of West Central Wisconsin
