Plymouth Repeater on the Air 146.850 (100.0)
Thanks to Bill Becks, Jim Westover and Kyle Schaefer, the Plymouth WE9COM repeater came alive on Sunday, September 7! With the RFI exposed dipole antenna atop the 260 foot tower at one of the highest points in East Central Wisconsin, this repeater has an impressive footprint! Bill has sorted out most of the network problems and the repeater is now linked to the WeComm Network.
Dodgeville Repeater on the Air 145.230 (123.0)
Thanks to Jim Westover, Don Michalski and Ralph Pellegrini, the Dodgeville WE9COM repeater ID'ed at its new 205 foot home in Dodgeville on Saturday, July 26! We are still taking coverage reports, but the initial analysis is this repeater covers the primary areas of southwest Wisconsin we needed. Dodgeville is an excellent addition to WeComm's Network.
Sayner Repeater Soon to be on the WeComm Network
Sayner is scheduled to come onto the WeComm Network the last weekend in October. Look for 145.130 (114.8) to be on the Network soon.
One More to Go!
We are focused on Coloma, Wisconsin for WeComm's final repeater, which will complete the goal we set in 2005. Stay tuned for more information.
